I created this tag with a great add on by Jessica, of Gothic Inspirations. I call it Whip It!I used her Chained to the pain sampler kit. She also has a full kit with loads more goodies in it.
Sorry, no tut, I don't write them since I use Photoshop and not PSP. Love that Elias tube too, been waiting for the perfect kit to use with it.
